Senior Director of Business Development
Malcolm S. Williams is an accomplished business development and sales operations leader with broad based expertise in creating strategy, sustainable processes, and tools that optimize sales force effectiveness, improve customer experience and achieve a competitive edge in dynamic markets. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in organizations that provide business-to-business and consulting services, Malcolm has impacted all aspects of the companies he has worked for by influencing sales, marketing, finance, policies, and processes. He is a results driven leader with a keen focus on growth that has created value for the healthcare firms he has worked with like Santa Rosa Consulting, Stanley Healthcare, and Healthcare Informatics Associates.
He is a is a Pensacola native and a graduate of Florida State University. Malcolm understands the importance of community and embraces that philosophy by having served on multiple boards including Fiesta of Five Flags, The Arts Council of NW Florida and The EDS board of directors where he served as President. He is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola and was a member of the Downtown Rotary Club for over a decade, serving on multiple committees. He has been a volunteer, coach and mentor for Pathways for Change and Big Brothers - Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. Malcolm is a member of Christ Episcopal Church where he served on the Vestry, Finance Committee and was the Stewardship Chair. He serves as our Senior Director of Business Development. He and his wife Stacy have three teenage children Harrison and Isabelle and Bo.
