Alex is a strategic business developer with over 15 years of experience serving Health Care Organizations, The U.S. Military, and International Sports Teams (including The Mayo Clinic, UCLA Health, United Argentina Rugby, University of Miami, U.S. Navy, and USSCOM).

Alex began his career in professional football as a draft pick for the San Francisco 49ers. Injuries would catalyze Alex’s interest in Sports Medicine and Human Performance. In 2005, Alex joined Dr. James Andrews to assist in developing the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. Alex has a passion for disadvantaged and underserved populations. He later negotiated a strategic partnership between The Andrews Institute and EXOS resulting in a world-class continuum of care for patients and athletes from all walks of life. In 2008, he founded the Eagle Fund in Partnership with The Andrews Research and Education Foundation. This Accelerated Rehabilitation program has impacted the lives of hundreds of active-duty servicemen and women from the United States Special Operations Command.
