Catalyst Acquires an Office Building in Great Falls, Montana for Conversion to Medical Office

PENSACOLA, FL – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a full-service healthcare real estate investment firm, announces the acquisition of a 49,000 square-foot office building in Great Falls, Montana which will be converted to house diverse specialty clinics for the Great Falls Clinic.

In 2022, Catalyst acquired a portfolio of three buildings through a master lease agreement with Great Falls Clinic. This portfolio included the main hospital, an on-campus clinic, and an ambulatory surgery center.
This acquisition marks the fourth addition to the portfolio, the second successful transaction between Catalyst and Great Falls Clinic, and the first with Great Falls Clinic investing alongside Catalyst in real estate. Catalyst's flexible capital structure appealed to Great Falls Clinic's physicians, leading to their investment in this project.
Due to the continued success of Great Falls Clinic’s operational facilities, the health system wanted to expand its presence in the market. This acquisition will aid in this expansion and complement Great Falls Clinic's current centralized medical campus location.
