Florida State University Football-Only Facility Nears Completion

PENSACOLA, FLA. – Catalyst, a healthspan-focused real estate development and investment firm, is proud to announce that construction on Florida State University’s new Football-Only Facility is entering its final stages. As the Seminoles take the field this season, Catalyst is excited to see this transformative project progressing toward completion.
Bordering Stadium Drive and stretching from the soccer complex to the practice fields, the 150,000-square-foot, $138 million facility is set to redefine the standard for collegiate athletics. Players are expected to move into the facility early in the season, marking a major step forward for the program and a significant enhancement to the student-athlete experience.

Key milestones are already underway, including installation of player lockers, completion of resistance pools, and furnishing of meeting rooms. When finished, the facility will offer world-class amenities such as advanced training areas, recovery spaces, technology-integrated meeting rooms, and dedicated spaces designed to maximize performance and wellness.
