Catalyst HRE breaks ground on a 74,640 SF Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (‘Catalyst HRE’), a national healthcare real estate developer, announces breaking ground on a 74,640 square foot inpatient rehabilitation facility (‘IRF’) in Miamisburg, Ohio.
The development is the second of a programmatic partnership between Catalyst HRE and Post Acute Medical (‘PAM’), a rapidly growing provider of post-acute care. The build-to-suit facility will be located in the underserved Dayton-Kettering MSA area, near the 129-bed Sycamore Medical Center.

The new IRF will include 42 inpatient beds and 20 long-term acute care (LTACH) beds to treat patient who require a high level of complex care. LTACHs provide a continuation of hospital-level care in a longer-term setting. In addition, the facility will also offer private patient rooms, lab, pharmacy, a large inpatient and outpatient rehab gym with innovative treatment technology, mobility garden, independent living apartment, and patient/family support space.
