Amanda Zimmerman Promoted to Senior Vice President, Project Delivery and Construction Management.
Since joining Catalyst in 2025 in our Dallas office, Amanda Zimmerman has quickly become a driving force behind the company's growth and momentum throughout Texas. To best align nationally, Amanda has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Project Delivery and Construction Management. In Amanda’s new capacity, she will comprehensively lead delivery and construction across Catalyst's outpatient clinics, neighborhood hospitals, and Healthspan Initiatives.
Kevin Flynn elevated to Senior Vice President, Development and Project Delivery
Kevin Flynn has been integral in the growth of Catalyst's inpatient rehabilitation hospital business since joining the company in 2019. In his expanded role, he will lead the delivery and operationalization of every inpatient rehabilitation hospital project in the company's pipeline. This change aligns the business line more closely with Catalyst's key users and investment partners. Few know this sector the way Kevin does. He has built a dedicated team with deep regulatory and operational expertise, and that team gives Catalyst's partners a real edge in the form of faster speed to market and lower operating costs.
Matthew Myers joins Catalyst as Vice President of Development and Investment
Catalyst is also adding resources to its development and investment team with the hire of Matthew Myers. Myers comes to Catalyst from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a key member of one of the country's most expansive institutional real estate and operations teams. He has experience with complex transactions, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, challenging entitlements, and predevelopment project management.
