Brandon is an accomplished real estate developer with over 12 years of specialized experience in healthcare real estate. He has played a key role in the development, design, leasing, and project management of more than 1,000,000 square feet of medical space across the United States.
Brandon is passionate about creating innovative healthcare environments that enhance patient care, support community health, and improve the workplace experience for healthcare professionals. His deep understanding of the healthcare sector’s unique demands—combined with expertise in client relations, lease negotiation, design coordination, and municipal navigation—has allowed him to consistently deliver high-performance clinical spaces tailored to both patient and provider needs.
A strong advocate for patient-centered design and community-focused development, Brandon believes healthcare facilities should inspire healing and promote overall well-being.
He recently served as President of the Northwest Florida NAIOP Chapter, where he was honored as Developing Leader of the Year, and served on the NAIOP Florida State Board for over 5 years. Additionally, Brandon is the Vice Chair of the University of West Florida Alumni Association Board, now in his seventh consecutive term.
