He has provided expert real estate consulting for a diverse range of commercial, residential, and healthcare property types. Through his extensive healthcare consulting work at Andrews Medicine, Michael has gained detailed insight into the complexities of how health systems strategize and operationalize their service lines.
Previously, Michael delivered appraisal and consulting services to attorneys and property owners for litigation support across various Florida markets. His background also includes significant experience in project management, notably on multi-year interstate pipeline projects. These initiatives involved consulting and valuation services for the acquisition of hundreds of properties throughout Florida.
