Phil Shuck
Phil manages our Tampa Florida regional office, which he helped open and has led since inception. His primary focus is within the development functions of Catalyst
where he helps lead our development team to take our projects from conception to completion. Phil also oversees our client Success program where he collaborates with our strategic relationships and programmatic partners to develop real estate strategies that align with their needs and clinical goals.
Phil has over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance, specializing in healthcare real estate development, business development, debt, acquisitions, analysis and strategy. Before joining Catalyst in 2015, Phil worked in the banking/finance industry with a heavy focus on commercial real estate.
