Stuart oversees all aspects of the project performance from preconstruction through construction including the day-to-day management of the design team, quality control of design drawings, coordination of all design activities including tenant improvements, and value-based design management.
Stuart has over 20 years of experience in construction, including 16 years in healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Catalyst, Stuart worked with The Boldt Company and Landmark Healthcare Facilities. During his career, Stuart has directed over 2 million square feet of new healthcare construction nationally.
