April O'Donnell
As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, April is responsible for working with the Vice President of Business Development and Innovation and Chief Growth Officer across multiple projects to provide healthcare expertise primarily orthopedic and/or musculoskeletal on healthcare specific client opportunities. With over 16 years of hospital and healthcare experience, April serves as an industry expert with a background in driving revenue as well as system and processes management to elevate the business.
April works in alignment with the Strategic Partnership Managers to help manage relationships with key partners and supports Catalyst and Andrews Medicine’s innovation strategy through project delivery and strategic partnership.
In her current role, April serves as a strategic advisor to health systems, bringing deep expertise in musculoskeletal and healthcare strategy. She leads strategic development activities, enhances partner engagement, and delivers actionable insights across orthopedic strategy, ambulatory care, and clinical operations—driving strategic direction, strengthening market positioning, and ensuring disciplined execution across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives.
Her prior professional experience reflects a strong track record of success in the hospital and healthcare industry, with proven strengths in business planning, service line development, physician alignment, and strategy execution.
