Chad Harvey lead’s Catalyst’s finance and accounting platform overseeing accounting, financial reporting and treasury management
Chad began his career at one of the largest CPA firms in the U.S., Forvis (formerly BKD LLP), where he worked on the audit and consulting team for both private and public traded companies ranging from $5mm to $300mm in annual revenue. After Forvis, Chad joined the venture capital-funded start-up, Wayport, where he was instrumental in establishing the accounting and finance policies and procedures that led the company to grow by $70mm over four years. This led to a successful exit when Wayport was purchased by AT&T. Before joining Catalyst, Chad was the Director of Accounting for Healthways (NYSE: HWAY) in Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout Chad’s career he has tackled some of the most challenging accounting situations that face company’s today; including Derivatives and Hedge Accounting, Variable Interest Entity’s (VIEs) and Revenue Recognition.
